"I received my first shipment of Crave on December 17, 2007. Today is once

Crave Energy Drink™ arrived four days before Christmas, on a Friday. I left as soon as I had
the kids settled into Daycare, planning to make the quick trip down to the
States to get my Christmas shopping done and be back home by late afternoon.
They were predicting a storm for later in the day and I wanted to be home before
it hit. I was doing a double run -- picking up Margaret Klassen's shipment too.
To make a long story short, the 28 mile round trip across the border from
Margaret's took almost 4 hours! Needless to say I was tired, uptight and every
muscle in my neck was rigid.
Once home, we ripped open the boxes. While Margaret found the glasses and filled
them with water, I continued to open the other Vitamark box. Margaret's Autoship
had arrived and there was
Sunjing in there and a bottle of
Limu Plus! I couldn't
believe how happy I was to see those products. Everything I needed right then
was right here. I asked her permission but I think I already had the Sunjing
rolling when she said yes. I admired the Crave green, took a sip, thought it
wasn't bad and downed the rest of the glass of Crave. I felt it instantly. A
gentle, peaceful energy literally flooded my body. Wow! Okay, I still had
shopping to do and the storm was coming in faster than they predicted so I was
off.
Now, I have to tell you, I hate shopping. I dread it. That day, not only did I
shop but, I actually went from store to store and compared ideas and prices,
backtracked to make the purchases, did all the grocery shopping, drove the 50
miles home in driving snow with almost zero visibility and I was still humming
along to the Christmas carols when I got home! I felt the energy wear off, but,
only after I was safely home.
On Saturday, I mixed up a bottle (about 12 oz with 1 Crave packet) intending to drink
it, but, with the kids at home forgot about it. Every once in a while I would
walk past my desk, see it, take another sip and continue on. I really thought it
wasn't doing anything for me until I realized it was midnight. I had worked
around the house all day, chased and played with my kids, contacted leads during
the kids afternoon nap, baked a few things, did all the normal stuff (food,
dishes, laundry) and I was still awake! At midnight! That for me was amazing!
Since then, that has become my routine. I mix a bottle in the morning, sip it
all day, finish it by 7 PM and I no longer fight the need to have a power nap at
3 or to go to bed at the same time as the kids.

work in an accounting cube farm and the end of the year always brings extra
projects to be completed ASAP. The week before Christmas my largest client
requested some additional reports. The client, my manager, and I agreed that a
realistic completion time would be the end of the year. Due the time that the
office was closed for the holidays, I had seven days to complete the work. When I got home the night

started on
Limu Plus about 2 months ago. I'd only been on it a week when I came down

I'm a 38-year-old diabetic and heart patient. I've had a
quad bypass and I've had 3 stints since that bypass, so my heart disease is
advanced. It is hereditary and a complication of my diabetes. In March I had a
lipid profile done and my total cholesterol was 94. My HDL was 40 (the good
kind), my LDL was 45 (the bad kind) and my triglycerides were 43 (more bad

Everyone who's tried the Vitamark
Appetizer Diet® Cookie knows how good they are. Hard to improve on them!
Some have asked if there's going to be a chocolate chip version. Who knows?
But there is a way to jazz them up a bit if you want a real chocolate
experience. Believe me, the

Only problem with adding a commercial frosting or homemade icing is that you
have to use high levels of sugar. And that means you're likely to spike your blood sugar
levels. Not a good thing if you're trying to lose weight.
But there's a way around that!
There's a special recipe used by all top quality Patisseries and bakeries called
ganache and it's the simplest stuff to make!
Here's Brian's 12 year-old enjoying an Appetizer
Diet Cookie with ganache frosting!
HEALTHY CHOCOLATE GANACHE
DIET COOKIE RECIPE!
Only two ingredients for an intense Diet Cookie experience!
1) Top quality dark chocolate, such as Callebaut and;
2) Cream (whipping cream - 35% bf) in equal ratio.
NOTE: Always use a 1:1 ratio: For example if you're using 4 oz of cream,
then use 4 oz of chocolate
Put cream on to boil in large saucepan (stuff will boil over so be certain pot
is large enough). While that's happening, chop chocolate with heavy chef's knife
into fine pieces and put in metal bowl. Pour boiling cream over chocolate - you
can't add chocolate to cream.
Stir gently with whisk until you have a smooth chocolate soup. Cool in fridge,
stirring every 20 minutes or so, so it cools evenly. Should turn to consistency
of peanut butter in an hour or so. Then you can ice the cookies.
Put the unused part in a sealed container and refrigerate. Good shelf life as
it's been sanitized.
Only 130 calories in one of those cookies. Hard to believe!
Oh, and ganache recipe. A tablespoon doesn't add that much in calories
really. Only two ingredients for an intense chocolate
experience. Believe me, it compliments the Appetizer Cookie perfectly!
Chocolate ganache and an
Appetizer Diet® Cookie? That sounds delicious!
It sure is! My 12 year-old loves her
Appetizer Diet® Cookie with ganache
frosting. Never realized how large those cookies really are until I took that
shot of my daughter! No wonder they fill you up - but not out. Big Grin!

have to share my great results I've had with the
Appetizer Diet® Cookie. Eight
days ago I decided to give the Diet Cookie a try. The reason for me trying the
cookies is, in the mornings I am so hungry I just want to eat. So I started with

I had been trying to get my dad to take my nutritional supplements for ages, but
the products I give him were just left to collect dust because he always forgot
to take them. That was until

I started eating/enjoying the
Appetizer Diet Cookie
for my
weight management, then it tasted sooo good I just had to
share with my grandchildren who now must have their
Appetizer Diet Cookie
a day. I don't worry about them eating
to many since these Appetizer Diet Cookies are good for you.
I carry at least 10 to 15 in my purse and by the end of the
day I've shared them with everyone I see.
As a matter of fact just today in the Doctor's office,
another lady beside me said:
"Hey you are losing weight
aren't you?"
Boy did that make me feel like a million
dollars! I smiled thanked her and and said yes. She
immediately wanted to know what I was doing so she could try
what I was doing... can you guess what I did? yup, pulled an

It gets better... another lady happened to walk up, saw the

have lost 7 pounds and still losing. It's great to be a
loser!
I have to admit that I was a little skeptical when I first
heard about “eat cookies and lose weight”. I thought, they
can’t be serious!
A friend of mine asked me to at least “try” them for a week,
so I agreed. I said, “I’ll eat your
Appetizer Diet Cookies,
but I’m not keeping track of anything.” I’ll weigh myself
once at the beginning of the week, then at the end of the
week, and we’ll just see what happens.
So, I weighed myself at the beginning of the week, and then
proceeded to eat two
Appetizer Diet Cookies everyday.
Sometimes I ate them between meals, sometimes just before
sitting down to eat. I just made sure to eat two of the
cookies every day.
First off, I’ll say that they are absolutely delicious! I
really like them, and would have never guessed by the way
they tasted, that it was a cookie that was actually good for
you. I also found them to be filling. Several times when I
ate the cookie before my meal, I’m sure I ate less than I
would have normally because I was full!
After a week, it was time to check the results. I was
curious by now because I actually felt leaner, and smaller
than I had the week before. I stepped on the scale, and
could not believe it, I had lost eight pounds! That’s eight
pounds in one week! Now obviously I couldn’t sustain that
every week, but that was enough to make me a believer of
Appetizer Diet Cookies.
The best part was that I really didn’t change anything, I
went about my week as usual, except I ate two excellent
tasting cookies everyday.

I have struggled with my weight all my life, and when I went over 40, it seemed
all I had to do was look at food and gain weight. And when my female cycle
kicked in, my water weight went through the roof and I always gained.
